Jordan's Collection of Recipes - Lemon Ice Cream

Ingredients

500 mL (2 cups) 35% cream (aka whipping or heavy)
300 mL (1-10 oz can) condensed milk
2 lemons, zested and juiced (about 175 mL / 3/4 cup)

Directions

Step 1
Start cooling machine.

Step 2
In a bowl, whisk together the cream, lemon zest, lemon juice, and condensed milk.

Step 3
Once machine is cold, add ice cream. If making hard serve Ice cream pre-chill storage bowl if glass or ceramic.

Step 4
When mixture is cold (-12F ), ice cream is now soft serve

Step 5
If making hard serve ice cream, store ice cream in frezzer for 2-4 hours
